Job Description
- Experience working with funded startups - you understand the pace, the expectations, and the kind of questions a Series A founder asks
- Familiarity with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERPNext - these are the ERPs our clients use
- Already using AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar) in your workflow - even for research or drafting
- Experience with multi-entity accounting or cross-border compliance
- Responsibilities of candidates include: • Should be able to maintain bank statements • settle costs on balance sheets • manage invoices • Do accounting Handle statutory compliances like PT, PF, ESI, GST, TDS
- Should preferably have minimum 3 years of experience especially having worked in a CA firm. Having done CA articleship will be favourably considered.
- Should have the ability to manage multiple clients and work under deadline pressure
- Experience supervising or reviewing the work of junior accountants - even if informal
- Strong communication skills - you can write a clear client email, run a sync call, and explain a complex treatment in simple terms
- Should be comfortable and adapt to using technology including propreitary AI tools
