Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary
Moham Capital Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 1–3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall financial operations of the company, including compliance and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities :
• Maintain and update financial records including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Assist in preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Handle GST filing, Taxation, and statutory compliance activities
• Support in Payroll processing and employee salary management
• Assist in internal and external audit processes
• Maintain general ledger and ensure proper documentation of transactions
• Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies if any
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial reporting
Roles & Expectations :
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently
• Stay updated with GST, Audit, Payroll, and Taxation regulations
• Identify process improvements in accounting operations
• Work collaboratively with team members and management
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GST, Audit, Payroll, and Taxation
• Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, etc.)
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
• Good analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience in handling audits and taxation work
• Exposure to payroll processing and statutory compliance
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning
Work Schedule:
• 6 Days Working
• Sunday Fixed Holiday
