Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, receipts, and payment entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate ledger accounts.
- Handle GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in finalization of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks for accounting-related matters.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance deadlines.
