Job Description
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, ledger, and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and MIS reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Required QualificationsB.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of Tally, Tally Prime, or other accounting software.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and Indian taxation procedures.
- Required SkillsStrong numerical and analytical skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
