Accounts Executive

Accounts Team  Job Summary: Manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records,   and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.   Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements,    including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.   Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of the hotel's annual budget, ensuring expenses are controlled and revenue goals are met.   Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee processes, including invoice  verification, payment processing, and collection efforts.  Bank Reconciliation: Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure      accurate recording of financial transactions and identify discrepancies.   Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis, variance analysis,  and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.   Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, prepare and  file tax returns, and liaise with external tax advisors when necessary.  Internal Controls: Implement and maintain effective internal controls to     safeguard hotel assets and minimize financial risks.
