Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide students in choosing the right career path after 12th and assist them in the admission process.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with assigned student leads.
  • Provide career counseling for courses like Engineering, Nursing, MBBS, BBA, etc.
  • Explain course details, college options, fees, and the admission process.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups via call, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Update lead status in the system / Excel.
  • Build trust and maintain a professional relationship with students and parents.

🧠 Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi (any 3 required).
  • Strong, convincing, and counseling ability.
  • Comfortable with telecalling and follow-ups.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
  • Ability to handle targets and pressure.
