Job Description

Admission Counsellor – Job Role

  • Connect with prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Understand students’ educational needs and recommend suitable courses/programs.
  • Explain course details, benefits, fees, eligibility, and admission process clearly.
  • Handle queries and objections related to fees, course duration, career opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details in CRM.
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
  • Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth enrollment.
  • Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
