Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them towards suitable courses and programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, and lead-conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
• Understand student requirements, career goals, and provide suitable course recommendations.
• Explain course details, curriculum, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
• Maintain and update lead and admission records in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Build positive relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
• Coordinate with the academic and student support teams for smooth onboarding.
• Address student queries and provide timely support throughout the admission process.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and communication tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in admissions, educational counselling, inside sales, tele-calling, or business development is preferred.
• Experience in the EdTech or education industry will be an added advantage.
