Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a experienced Senior Telecaller / Admission Counsellor who can effectively handle student & parent interactions, explain course offerings, address objections, and convert leads into admissions for both offline and online programs.

The ideal candidate should have prior EdTech experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to close conversations confidently.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• 📞 Handle inbound & outbound calls with students and parents
• 🎯 Convert leads into successful admissions
• 🧠 Clearly explain course details, structure, and benefits
• 💬 Handle objections (fees, time, trust, results, etc.) confidently
• 🤝 Build trust and maintain strong follow-up with leads
• 📊 Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
• 🏫 Coordinate for offline center visits & demo sessions
• 📲 Follow up via WhatsApp, calls, and messages until closure
• 🚀 Ensure smooth admission process from inquiry to enrollment

🧩 Requirements:

• ✅ Minimum 3–4 years experience in EdTech / Education Counselling
• ✅ Strong sales & closing skills (must)
• ✅ Excellent communication in English + Regional Language (preferred)
• ✅ Experience in handling parents & students (6th–12th / NEET / JEE)
• ✅ Ability to handle pressure & achieve admission targets
• ✅ Good objection-handling and persuasion skills
• ✅ Basic knowledge of CRM / lead management tools
