About Germin8Germin8 is a Virtual CFO and finance advisory firm helping startups manage finance, accounting, compliance and growth. We also build AI-powered tools to automate financial reporting, reconciliations and compliance processes.

The RoleWork directly with the founder to turn accounting and finance processes into automated tools using AI.

Responsibilities·        

·        Translate accounting and compliance requirements into automation workflows.

·        Build tools using AI, Excel and Python.

·        Work with Zoho Books and Tally Prime data.

·        Test reconciliations, identify errors and validate financial outputs.

·        Collaborate with developers to build and improve finance tools.

·        Document processes and test results.

Who Can Apply

·        B.Com, BBA, ACCA, CMA or MBA (Finance/Analytics) students or recent graduates.

·        Strong accounting fundamentals and Excel skills.

·        Basic GST, TDS and financial statement knowledge.

·        Interest in AI and automation; prior experience building something with AI is preferred.

·        Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ownership.

About Germin8Germin8 is a Virtual CFO and finance advisory firm helping startups manage finance, accounting, compliance and growth. We are building proprietary AI-powered tools to automate accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting and compliance.

The RoleWork directly with the founder to build practical finance automation tools using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and Codex.

Responsibilities·        Build applications, scripts and automation workflows using AI-assisted coding.

·        Develop Python-based tools, APIs and simple user interfaces.

·        Integrate accounting platforms such as Zoho Books and Tally Prime.

·        Debug, test and improve AI-generated code.

·        Use GitHub for version control and collaboration.

·        Document and maintain tools for practical use.

Who Can Apply·        B.Tech/B.E., BCA, MCA students or recent graduates; other backgrounds with demonstrated development experience are welcome.

·        Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript or similar languages.

·        Experience building something functional using AI coding assistants.

·        Understanding of APIs, databases and debugging.

·        GitHub, SQL, React or Supabase experience is a plus.

·        Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity and ownership.
