JOB DESCRIPTION – AI DEVELOPER

Position: AI Developer

Location: Bengaluru

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an AI Developer to develop and implement AI-powered tools, business automations and integrations for our real estate, sales, marketing, CRM, customer service and project-management operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop AI-powered applications, chatbots and internal automation tools

• Integrate AI models with CRM, websites, email, WhatsApp Business and other business platforms

• Automate lead qualification, lead distribution, follow-ups and customer communication

• Build tools for analysing sales, marketing and customer data

• Develop AI solutions for generating reports, proposals, emails and marketing content

• Work with APIs provided by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and other AI platforms

• Build and maintain backend services using Python or JavaScript

• Develop document-search and question-answering systems using company data

• Test, monitor and improve the accuracy and performance of AI applications

• Maintain proper documentation, data security and access controls

• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, CRM and management teams to understand business requirements

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for implemented systems

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or a related field

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in AI development, software development or automation

• Candidates with strong practical experience and a relevant diploma may also be considered

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript

• Experience working with AI and large-language-model APIs

• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI agents and workflow automation

• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations

• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB

• Familiarity with Git and cloud deployment

• Basic knowledge of data privacy, authentication and application security

• Experience with CRM, WhatsApp Business API or Meta integrations will be an advantage

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience developing AI chatbots or voice assistants

• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases and document processing

• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make or n8n

• Understanding of sales, marketing or real estate business processes

• Ability to independently develop and deploy working applications
