Job Description
- Be overall in charge of site security and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure site instructions are followed and the team follows its duty chart.
- Maintain discipline, turnout and conduct of all security personnel.
- Manage the movement of employees, visitors, contractors, material and vehicles.
- Ensure proper access control, frisking and checking at entry and exit.
- Manage keys, inventory and security and safety equipment.
- Ensure patrolling is done and the documents are maintained.
- Keep security documents and registers to audit standard.
- Manage staff leave and weekly offs, and record non-compliance.
- Train the security team as per the training programme and document it.
- Brief the Site Security Lead every morning and evening, and send reports on schedule.
- Submit monthly attendance to the client and salary attendance to the agency office on time.
- Be conversant with emergency response, bomb threat procedure, evacuation, fire alarm and surveillance systems.
