As a group, We have interests in steel distribution, precision tube manufacturing, auto component manufacturing to Agri equipment manufacturing. We currently procure steel from the biggest names in the country apart from importing from Japan / Korea / China / South Africa / Germany & Finland. We service OEM & Tier 1's and Tier2s with multiple grade steels like, CR, HRPO, HR, SS, GP, structural steel amongst others. The current customer profiles include, Yellow Goods, White Goods, Auto components, Govt Infra Projects, Panels, Pharma & chemical plants, Capital good manufacturers, Agri Equipment Manufacturers.Qualification Any graduate, however people from mechanical field preferred.Required Skill Set Extrovert, Persuasiveness, Self-motivated, Never Give up attitude Relevant Industry Steel or any industrial product, engineering product, Bearings, Welding Equipment, Industrial Gases are the next best options.Job Description / Responsibilities To handle existing set of customers for their regular requirements, monthly schedules, and getting their requirements serviced on time every time.Manage the Overdue payments based on the agreed credit terms, by following regularly for to ensure payment made on time.To identify new prospects in the designated location, research about the prospect’s credentials like, potential, feasibility of buying material from us, credit worthiness, etc, and hand over the same to NBD team.Keep an eye on the competitor activities on pricing, inventory, new grades, etc.Continuously increase the share of business with the exiting customers without compromising on price and payment.To be the BEST in the industry in terms of SERVICE and Reachability Desired profile of the candidate Candidate should have experience working in same geography with good communication skills Working experience of 1-5 years in Industrial product sales Strong Market Knowledge Market intelligence, analysis and development of product Good In verbal & written Communication, multi lingual, especially Kannada, English, Hindi and TamilExperience of handling the premium side of the market Ready for extensive travelling throughout South India Business Development High energy, self-starter, with a proven track record in delivering results in competitive market.Experience1 to 3 yrs for Sr. Executives and 4 to 5 yrs for Asst. Manager Compensation range (Salary) Min and Max (Numbers)For Sr. Executives - 3 to 5 lakhs CTC. ( fixed ) plus IncentivesFor Asst. Manager – 6 to 10 Lakhs CTC ( fixed ) plus Incentives  Location of posting Bangalore / Chennai Candidate’s Location Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore (Two Wheeler is mandatory)
