Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders from clients (phone, WhatsApp & in person)
  • Coordinating with sales and kitchen team
  • Maintaining records, bills, and basic documentation
  • Data entry and daily reports using MS Excel
  • Handling emails and basic office work

Requirements:

  • English & Hindi mandatory (spoken & basic written)
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Prior office or admin experience preferred
