Job Description

  • Monitor multiple client CCTV cameras continuously during the night shift.
  • Identify suspicious movements, unauthorized entry, theft attempts, and other unusual activities.
  • Use CCTV monitoring software to observe live camera feeds.
  • Provide live voice warnings through speakers when suspicious activity is detected.
  • Immediately inform the reporting manager and concerned client about security incidents.
  • Capture screenshots, record incident timings, and maintain incident reports.
