Job Description
- Prepare and bake sourdough breads, artisan breads, croissants, buns, and bakery products
- Dough mixing, shaping, fermentation, proofing, and baking
- Maintain consistency, hygiene, and product quality standards
- Follow production schedules and daily prep planning
- Handle bakery equipment responsibly
- Support new product trials and recipe improvements
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen
