Bancassurance Manager

This role is for Bancassurance Relationship Manager. Bank Branches will be assigned. Job involves the following

Manage Relationship with bank staff and generate leads to cross-sell life insurance to bank customers

Address and engage with the walk-in customers of the bank branch and do a need analysis for insurance, pitch life insurance products

Meet customers by appointment and close sales

Achieve the branch target

Identify the training needs of the bank branch

Drive any local and national contests and ensure maximum participation from branch staff.

Address any service queries WRT to the life insurance policies customers may have previously taken
