Barcode Executive

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Barcode Executive to manage barcode generation, tagging, printing, and product data entry for jewellery items. The candidate will ensure accurate barcode information, proper product identification, and smooth coordination with the Inventory, Purchase, and Showroom teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and print barcodes for gold, silver, diamond, and fashion jewellery products.
• Ensure accurate entry of product details, including item code, gross weight, net weight, purity, stone details, and product category, as applicable.
• Verify barcode labels against product specifications and system records.
• Ensure correct tagging and labelling of jewellery items.
• Maintain barcode records and update product information in the inventory system or ERP software.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Inventory, and Showroom teams for new arrivals, transfers, and stock updates.
• Identify and correct barcode duplication, printing errors, and data mismatches.
• Support stock verification, physical inventory checks, and barcode scanning activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure barcode data accuracy.
• Follow company procedures for jewellery handling, product identification, and inventory control.
