About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and self-driven Café Crew Member to join our matcha and specialty beverage café.

You will be responsible for creating a great customer experience — from taking orders and preparing matcha, coffee and other beverages to keeping the café clean, organized and well-stocked.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, pays attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Prepare matcha, coffee and other beverages according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Learn and maintain proper matcha preparation and whisking techniques.
• Ensure every beverage is consistent in taste, presentation and quality.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Keep the café, counter, equipment and customer areas clean and organized throughout the day.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock of ingredients, packaging and other supplies.
• Inform the manager promptly when stock is running low or when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Assist with basic cleaning and upkeep of café equipment.
• Handle customer questions and feedback in a polite and professional manner.
• Support the team wherever required to ensure smooth day-to-day café operations.
