Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly when they enter the shop.
  • Take orders and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, or dietary restrictions.
  • Make recommendations based on customer flavor preferences. [1, 2, 3, 4]



Beverage & Food Preparation

  • Prepare coffee and tea including espresso shots, lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brews.
  • Grind beans and steam milk to the correct temperature and texture.
  • Serve food items like pastries, sandwiches, or light snacks. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]


Operations & Maintenance


  • Operate and clean equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
  • Process payments accurately using the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Restock supplies like cups, lids, syrups, and coffee beans.
  • Maintain cleanliness of counters, seating areas, and workstations
