Job Description


  • Generate and issue invoices based on sales, purchase orders, or service contracts.
  • Maintain and update billing records in the system (ERP or Tally).
  • Verify accuracy of billing data and ensure timely submission to clients/customers.
  • Follow up on payment status and coordinate with the accounts receivable team.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any billing-related issues.
  • Maintain client billing details and update changes when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports related to billing and receivables.
  • Ensure compliance with GST and other applicable tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to validate invoice details.
  • Handle credit notes, debit notes, and other related documentation.
