Job Description
- Generate and issue invoices based on sales, purchase orders, or service contracts.
- Maintain and update billing records in the system (ERP or Tally).
- Verify accuracy of billing data and ensure timely submission to clients/customers.
- Follow up on payment status and coordinate with the accounts receivable team.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any billing-related issues.
- Maintain client billing details and update changes when necessary.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports related to billing and receivables.
- Ensure compliance with GST and other applicable tax regulations.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to validate invoice details.
- Handle credit notes, debit notes, and other related documentation.
