We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executives to join our team in Bengaluru to manage inventory and ensure efficient operations in our warehouse.
Job Summary:
The Billing Executive will be responsible for generating accurate invoices, maintaining billing records, and supporting warehouse operations as needed. This role requires attention to detail, familiarity with billing software, and basic proficiency in Excel to ensure smooth and error-free billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate and timely invoices for dispatched orders.
- Maintain proper billing records and documentation for audit and reference purposes.
- Cross-check billing details (quantity, pricing, taxes, etc.) against dispatch and order information.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager/Warehouse Executive to ensure billing aligns with actual stock movement.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies or customer/vendor queries related to invoices.
- Support basic warehouse operations when required, such as stock checking, packing assistance, or dispatch coordination.
- Maintain Excel-based trackers/reports for billing status, pending invoices, or reconciliations.
- Handle any additional tasks assigned by the Branch Manager/Warehouse Executive.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (graduate degree preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in billing/invoicing, preferably in a warehouse, retail, or distribution environment.
- Skills:
- Basic (Elementary) in English; knowledge of Hindi and local language is a must.
- Hands-on experience with any billing/invoicing platform (e.g., Tally, ERP, or similar systems).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, simple formulas, sorting/filtering).
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to assist with physical warehouse tasks when needed.
