BPO Telecaller

Position: Real Estate BPO Executive / Telecalling Executive

Job ObjectiveTo handle property-related enquiries, make outbound calls, qualify prospective buyers and sellers, generate site visits, and support the sales team in converting leads into successful property transactions.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesInbound & Outbound Calling

• Handle incoming property enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Contact leads received from property portals, digital marketing campaigns, and company databases.
• Understand customer requirements, budgets, preferred locations, and property types.

1. Lead Qualification
2. 
   

• Identify genuine buyers, sellers, investors, and rental enquiries.
• Share relevant property details and arrange follow-ups with interested customers.
• Forward qualified leads to the respective Property Advisor or Sales Manager.

1. Site Visit Coordination
2. 
   

• Schedule and confirm property site visits.
• Coordinate with sales executives and customers for smooth visit arrangements.
• Follow up with customers after site visits to understand their feedback.

1. CRM & Reporting
2. 
   

• Update all calls, customer requirements, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Submit daily calling reports and end-of-day performance reports.

1. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain professional communication with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Build customer interest through consistent follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly business targets.
• Daily KPIsOutbound calls: Minimum 100 per day.
• Connected calls: Focus on quality conversations and lead qualification.
• Qualified leads: As per daily targets assigned by management.
• Follow-ups: Complete all scheduled customer follow-ups.
• Site visits: Generate and confirm qualified site visits.
• CRM updates: 100% mandatory.
• Daily login, logout, and end-of-day reports: Mandatory.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills in English and at least one regional language.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Confidence in handling customer enquiries and making outbound calls.
• Good follow-up, listening, and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, customer service, or real estate is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Working ConditionsWorking hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
• Weekly off: As per company policy
• Salary: As per company standards and experience
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives as per company policy

Performance ExpectationsThe BPO Executive is expected to maintain disciplined calling activity, generate quality leads, ensure consistent follow-ups, update the CRM accurately, and contribute to the company's site visit and sales conversion targets.
