Job Title: BPO telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to connect with customers, explain products or services, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Explain products, services, pricing, and offers to customers.
  • Generate leads through regular calling and follow-ups.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper records.
  • Update customer details and call status in the system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
