Job Description
Business Development Associate – Real Estate | Square Yards
Location: Bangalore( Vasanth Nagar)
CTC: ₹3 – ₹6.5 LPA (Maximum 10% hike on current CTC basis interview)
Week offs: Mon & Tues(5 Days a week, Sat & Sun Mandtory Site Visits)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales

Investment Manager - Min 1 year exp
Portfolio Manager - Min 2 years exp
Sales Manager - Min 3 years exp

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through verified pincode-based cold calling data
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Conduct property site visits as per client schedules
- Drive deal closures and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Maintain and update the CRM pipeline regularly
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits
- Fluency in English and Hindi or regional language (Kannada/Tamil)
Career Growth and Incentives:
Quarterly Salary Hikes & Promotion:
- 3 Deals – 10% hike
- 6 Deals – 21% hike
- 9 Deals – 33% hike
Incentive Structure:
- Up to 5X Target Achievement – 5% incentive
- Beyond 5X Target Achievement – 40% revenue share
