About the Role
We are looking for a confident, ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth and acquire new clients for our creative agency.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate potential business leads.
* Approach brands, business owners, restaurants, resorts, clinics and retail businesses.
* Pitch our social media management, video editing, content creation and digital marketing services.
* Schedule and attend client meetings.
* Present agency packages and negotiate with potential clients.
* Convert prospects into long-term monthly clients.
* Manage client follow-ups and maintain relationships.
* Develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
* Maintain daily sales reports and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong sales and client-conversion abilities.
* Basic understanding of Instagram and digital marketing.
* Ability to independently handle client meetings and sales discussions.
* Previous experience in business development or agency sales is preferred.
Work Expectations
* Consistent daily lead generation.
* Regular client outreach and follow-ups.
* Achieve monthly client acquisition targets.
* Take ownership of business development and revenue growth.
