About the RoleGen Proces is looking for a passionate and energetic Business Development Executive to build strong relationships with engineering colleges and promote our AI courses, workshops, internships, hackathons, and innovation programs.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with colleges, faculty members and students and is excited about technology, AI, innovation and student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with engineering colleges, universities and educational institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, principals, HODs, faculty coordinators and placement/training teams.
• Visit colleges and present Gen Proces AI courses, workshops, internships and other programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate AI workshops, hackathons, innovation activities, seminars and student programs.
• Understand the requirements of colleges and propose suitable Gen Proces programs.
• Generate and convert college partnerships and student opportunities.
• Follow up with colleges regularly and maintain long-term institutional relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal training and operations teams to execute college programs successfully.
• Participate in college events, technology meets, hackathons and innovation initiatives.
• Maintain records of college meetings, leads, follow-ups and partnership status.
• Meet monthly targets for college outreach, partnerships and program registrations.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluent Telugu communication is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with college authorities, faculty and students.
• Passionate about working with colleges, workshops, hackathons and innovation activities.
• Confident in making presentations and conducting meetings.
• Willing to travel and visit colleges when required.
• Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.
• Interest in AI, technology, education or student development is a strong advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude may also apply.
