Job Description
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting.
Identify prospects using databases and platforms such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Tracxn, Clay, LinkedIn
Sales Navigator, etc.
Conduct outreach through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify prospects based on their business needs, requirements, and buying potential.
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
Develop and test different outreach strategies, messaging, sequences, and channels.
Research target industries, personas, intent signals, and prospective accounts.
Run customized outbound campaigns for specific target audiences.
Handle initial objections and build relationships with prospects.
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
Create and manage pipelines, email templates, and sales automations.
Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve lead-generation processes.
Work closely with the leadership and sales team to refine the outbound strategy.
