Job Description

Business Development Associate (BDA)Location: Bangalore

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Process: Voice & Non-Voice

Employment: Full-Time | Work From Office

RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associates to join our team.

  • Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, WhatsApp and emails.
  • Generate and follow up with leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain products/services.
  • Handle objections and convert leads into customers.
  • Maintain customer/lead records in CRM.
  • Eligibility Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or other Indian languages is an advantage.
  • Candidates comfortable with target-based work are preferred.
  • SalaryDuring Probation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
  • After Successful Probation: ₹3 – ₹6 LPA CTC
  • Performance incentives may be applicable.
