Business Development Executive (BDE)

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire & safety industry.

Generate leads through cold calling, emails, references, networking and market visits.

Approach corporate clients, builders, facility management companies, industries, hospitals, IT parks and commercial establishments.

Promote and generate enquiries for:

• Fire Alarm Systems (FAPA)
• Fire Fighting Systems (FPS)
• Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler Systems
• Fire Extinguishers
• AMC / Preventive Maintenance Services
• Fire & Safety Equipment
• System Upgradation and Modification Works

Visit clients and understand their technical and commercial requirements.

Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the estimation/quotation team.

Follow up on quotations, enquiries, negotiations and purchase orders.

Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients for repeat orders and AMC opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, facility managers, purchase teams, project managers and decision-makers.

Track competitor activities, market trends and potential projects.

Identify upcoming construction, commercial and industrial projects for business opportunities.

Coordinate with the Operations, Estimation, Procurement and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Maintain a proper database of leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order status.

Achieve monthly and annual sales/business development targets.

Prepare weekly/monthly business development reports for management.
