Business Development
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the organization. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, market research, and strategic partnership development.
Location : Whitefield, Bengaluru
- ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create tailored proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
NOTE: GOOD INCENTIVES MINIMUM `10 K EVERY MONTH
