Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sources.
  • Meet potential customers and understand their property requirements.
  • Present and explain residential projects, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and offers.
  • Conduct property/site visits and assist customers throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into bookings.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and update lead status in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Sales teams for smooth lead conversion.
  • Achieve monthly sales, site visit, and booking targets.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property developments.
  • Requirements1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
  • Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
