Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Female Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing investment team. The ideal candidate is confident, well-presented, and has a strong ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors. This is a target-driven field role that requires frequent travel and excellent closing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for investment and deposit products
• Travel to meet prospective clients, attend events, and build a strong pipeline across the region
• Pitch and explain investment opportunities clearly and compellingly
• Close deals independently – from lead generation to final sign-off
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing investors to drive repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for investments and deposits mobilized
