Business Development Manager– Commercial IT
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and develop new commercial/corporate clients for our IT products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B leads through calls, references, networking, LinkedIn, and field visits.
Identify and approach corporate/commercial clients for IT requirements.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate, follow up, and close sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B / Corporate IT Sales or Business Development.
Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, and related solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong lead-generation and client-conversion abilities.
Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings within Bengaluru.
