Job Description

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.

• Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions in the CRM.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and other business associates.

• Coordinate with the Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Operations teams to maximize lead conversion.

• Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
