About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development - Property Acquisition who will be responsible for exploring different areas of Bangalore, identifying potential properties, and supporting our property acquisition and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel across different locations in Bangalore to identify and explore potential properties.
• Search for suitable properties based on the company’s requirements.
• Visit properties and collect relevant details such as location, size, rent/lease terms, availability, and owner/broker contact details.
• Connect with property owners, brokers, and other relevant contacts.
• Maintain a database of potential properties and regularly update property information.
• Coordinate with the internal team and share shortlisted property options.
• Conduct market visits and gather information on local property availability and pricing.
• Be comfortable with extensive local travel across Bangalore.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Owns a Bike (Mandatory)
• Comfortable with travelling across Bangalore on a regular basis.
