Job Description


  • Client Engagement: Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Sales Management: Monitor sales performance, track revenue, and prepare sales contracts while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.
  • Team Leadership: Train and develop entry-level staff into effective sales professionals; provide continuous feedback to improve team performance.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics to senior management.
