Job Overview:-

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives to join our growing team in the Electronic Components Distribution industry.

The candidate will connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, generate new business opportunities, follow up on enquiries and quotations, and contribute to business growth through effective customer communication and relationship building

Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in Sales, Business Development, Customer Handling, and B2B Sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Connect with potential customers and business prospects through calls and other communication channels.

·      Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.

·      Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.

·      Introduce electronic components such as ICs, Diodes, Transistors, Resistors, Capacitors, Connectors, Sensors, and other electronic components.

·      Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

·      Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, customer requirements, and order processing.

·      Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.

·      Update sales activities and customer information in Excel or CRM.

·      Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

·      Support the team in expanding the customer base and generating new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Any Graduate

·      Experience: 0–3 years

·      Freshers with good communication skills can apply

·      Good verbal communication and listening skills.

·      Interest in Sales and Business Development.

·      Comfortable communicating with customers and business professionals.

·      Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and Email.

·      Good follow-up and customer coordination skills.

·      Ability to understand customer requirements.

·      Target-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.

·      Comfortable working from the office in Bangalore.

Salary & Benefits :

Salary: ₹18,000 per month during probation period
