Job Description

We are looking for someone with:


  • 8 – 10 years of overall professional experience.
  • At least 4–6 years in EdTech, professional skilling, higher education or technology training.
  • Strong experience managing Inside Sales / D2C Sales / Admissions teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue targets.
  • Experience handling high-ticket professional programs will be preferred.
  • Understanding of programs such as AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, sales funnels, conversion metrics and performance management.
  • Experience working closely with digital/performance-marketing teams.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into business decisions.
  • Strong team-management and coaching capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-growing environment.
