Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily café operations, staff, shifts, and customer service.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café products as per SOP.
- Lead, train, and monitor barista and service staff.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Handle billing, cash, inventory, stock, and daily reports.
- Monitor wastage, sales, and outlet performance.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints.
- Ensure proper maintenance of coffee machines and café equipment.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
- Requirements2–4 years of café/restaurant/hospitality experience.
- Strong barista and coffee-making skills.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of POS, inventory, and café operations.
- Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment.
