Job Description

  • Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day café workflows, including opening/closing checklists, cleanliness, and hygiene tracking. [1, 2]
  • Billing & Inventory: Maintain billing precision via the Petpooja POS dashboard, track daily sales, and update inventory counts for gourmet chocolates, ingredients, and packaging materials. [1]
  • Team Leadership: Handle staff scheduling, prepare duty rosters, and train baristas/service staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs). [1]
  • Customer Delight: Maintain high hospitality standards, handle guest feedback gracefully, and boost sales through smart upselling of gift hampers and dessert pairings. [1]
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of fresh ingredients and inventory items. [1]
