Job SummaryWe are looking for a Calling Agent with good communication skills and strong Hindi language proficiency to handle calls, follow-ups, and coordination activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and handle incoming calls as required.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in Hindi.
• Explain requirements, processes, and information effectively over calls.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain proper communication.
• Coordinate with the concerned teams for updates and follow-ups.
• Maintain call records and update information in Excel/internal systems.
• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Required SkillsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi speaking is mandatory.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Positive attitude and professional communication.
• Ability to work with daily targets.
• EligibilityEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in Telecalling, Calling, Recruitment Calling, BPO, or Coordination will be an advantage.
