 Job Title: Captain/Senior Captain – Resto-Bar

Location: Bangalore Indiranagar

Experience: 1-2 years in Restobar / Premium Restaurant / Bar operations

Employment Type: Full-time


Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Captain and Senior Captain to lead the service team in our resto-Bar. The role involves supervising floor operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, coordinating with bar & kitchen teams, and maintaining service standards during peak hours.


  • 🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise captains, stewards, and service staff
  • Ensure smooth floor operations during service hours
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Take orders and guide guests on food & beverage pairing
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service
  • Monitor table turnover and reservations
  • Train and groom junior staff on service etiquette & SOPs
  • Ensure hygiene, grooming, and safety standards are followed
  • Assist in daily briefing and shift planning
  • Support outlet manager in achieving sales targets


  • 🧠 Skills & Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Restobar / Bar / Fine-dining restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverages, cocktails, and bar service
  • Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
  • Leadership and team-handling skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends & peak hours
  • Well-groomed, confident personality
  • Basic POS system knowledge is a plus
