Job Title: Captain/Senior Captain – Resto-Bar
Location: Bangalore Indiranagar
Experience: 1-2 years in Restobar / Premium Restaurant / Bar operations
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Captain and Senior Captain to lead the service team in our resto-Bar. The role involves supervising floor operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, coordinating with bar & kitchen teams, and maintaining service standards during peak hours.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise captains, stewards, and service staff
- Ensure smooth floor operations during service hours
- Handle guest complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Take orders and guide guests on food & beverage pairing
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service
- Monitor table turnover and reservations
- Train and groom junior staff on service etiquette & SOPs
- Ensure hygiene, grooming, and safety standards are followed
- Assist in daily briefing and shift planning
- Support outlet manager in achieving sales targets
- 🧠 Skills & Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a Restobar / Bar / Fine-dining restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food & beverages, cocktails, and bar service
- Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
- Leadership and team-handling skills
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends & peak hours
- Well-groomed, confident personality
- Basic POS system knowledge is a plus
