Job Description

Receptionist / Cashier – Snooker Academy

We are looking for a responsible and friendly Receptionist / Cashier to manage the front desk at our snooker academy.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers
  • Handle table bookings and customer enquiries
  • Maintain the daily log book and records
  • Collect cash and UPI payments and maintain daily collections
  • Manage table schedules and availability
  • Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
  • Coordinate with customers and staff
  • Keep the reception area organised
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of cash/UPI handling
  • Responsible, punctual and customer-friendly
  • Previous experience in receptionist, cashier or front-desk work is preferred but not mandatory
  • Candidates from Kammanahalli, Kalyan Nagar and nearby areas are preferred

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Working hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Location: Kammanahalli, Bangalore
