Job Description
Hiring: Head Chef / Cook (Authentic Punjabi & North Indian Cuisine)
We are looking for an experienced Punjabi Tandoor Cook to manage our kitchen
and prepare authentic, dhaba-style North Indian food.
Key Responsibilities
Tandoor Starters: Prepare veg and non-veg tandoori kebabs, tikkas (Chicken,
Mutton, Paneer, Mushroom), and tandoori/tawa parathas.
North Indian Gravies: Cook authentic Punjabi curries and dals (Dal Makhani, Sarso
Ka Saag, Kadhi Pakoda, Paneer gravies, Mutton/Chicken gravies).
Rice Biryanis: Prepare Dum biryanis, pulao, and flavored basmati rice.
Kitchen Upkeep: Maintain daily food prep, kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and portion
control.
Requirements
Proven cooking experience in Punjabi / North Indian cuisine (hotel, restaurant, or
cloud kitchen).
Strong hand on Tandoor as well as Curry/Gravy sections.
Ability to handle peak rush hours and work well with kitchen helpers.
