Job Description – Cook (Resort)Position: Cook
Location: Resort
Cuisine: South Indian – Pure Vegetarian
- Roles & Responsibilities Prepare a variety of South Indian vegetarian dishes as per the resort menu.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and other food items for guests.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Ensure food is prepared and served on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking area.
- Properly handle and store vegetables, groceries, and other ingredients.
- Monitor food stock and inform management about required ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with resort management regarding daily menu and guest requirements.
- Maintain and clean cooking equipment and kitchen utensils.
- Work efficiently during busy hours and manage multiple food orders when required.
