Civil CAD Trainer

In this role, you will bridge the gap between academia and industry by training students and working professionals on industry-standard engineering, modeling, and project management software.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Training: Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions for individuals and batches (students and corporate professionals) on civil engineering design software.
• Curriculum Delivery: Guide learners through practical, real-world projects, ensuring they understand both the software interface and underlying engineering concepts.
• Assessment & Support: Evaluate student progress, solve software troubleshooting queries, and provide constructive feedback to build their confidence.
• Stay Updated: Keep pace with latest industry trends, software updates, and BIM workflows to maintain high training standards.

Required Software ExpertiseCandidates should possess strong theoretical and practical knowledge in one or more of the following domains:

• Drafting & Modeling: AutoCAD, Civil 3D
• BIM Suite: Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP
• Structural Analysis: STAAD Pro, ETABS
• Project Management: Microsoft Project (MSP)
• Visualization & Rendering: Photoshop, V-Ray
• Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline).
• Experience: Open to both Freshers with exceptional software skills and Experienced Professionals/Trainers.
• Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills to explain complex design concepts clearly.
