Job Description

Position: Civil Engineer

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 1–4 Years

Industry: Residential Construction

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to supervise and coordinate residential construction projects from excavation to finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities and construction progress.
  • Monitor excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
  • Read and execute structural/architectural drawings.
  • Check quality, measurements, levels, alignment and workmanship.
  • Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, vendors and project teams.
  • Track material requirements and site progress.
  • Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project status.
  • Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • 1–4 years of relevant residential construction experience.
  • Good knowledge of construction activities from foundation to finishing.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Bike is mandatory.
