Civil Site Engineer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Fresher Civil Site Engineer to support and monitor daily construction activities at project sites. The candidate will work under senior engineers/site supervisors and gain hands-on experience in site execution, measurements, quality checking, drawings, and project coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior engineers in managing daily site construction activities.
• Monitor work as per approved civil/structural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and site supervisors.
• Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
• Take and maintain site measurements and basic quantity calculations.
• Assist in checking RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing work.
• Ensure work is executed according to the required dimensions, levels, and alignment.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.
• Assist with material planning and ensure proper utilization of materials.
• Identify site issues and report them to the senior engineer/project manager.
• Follow and promote safety standards and site discipline.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and completion timelines.
• Participate in site inspections and coordinate with different teams.
