Swavio is a protein-first ready-to-eat food brand delivering fresh meals in around 25 minutes from our dark kitchen. We're an early-stage, hands-on team building something new, and every person on the floor matters to how smoothly the kitchen runs.

What you'll do

• Keep the kitchen, equipment, workstations and floors clean and sanitized throughout the shift, including before, during and after service
• Handle general housekeeping — washrooms, common areas, and staff spaces — in addition to the kitchen floor
• Wash utensils, cookware, and containers promptly so cooks always have what they need
• Support cooks with basic prep work — washing, cutting, and moving ingredients — as directed
• Handle stock movement: unloading deliveries, storing ingredients correctly, and keeping the storage area organized
• Assist with packing and dispatch-readiness during busy hours if needed
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain garbage/cleaning areas as per hygiene protocol
• Report any equipment issues, low stock, or hygiene concerns to the Kitchen Lead

What we're looking for

• Prior experience as a housekeeping staff, kitchen helper, or cleaner (restaurant, cloud kitchen, office, or catering background preferred but not mandatory)
• Comfortable with physical work — standing, lifting, and moving through a fast-paced shift
• Strong hygiene discipline — willing to follow glove use, handwashing, and cleanliness protocols without needing constant reminders
• Punctual and reliable; able to work shift timings including peak hours
• Basic understanding of Kannada/Hindi/English enough to follow instructions on the floor
• Willingness to learn and take instruction well, including corrections during a live shift

Working hours

Shift-based, six days a week (specific shift timing to be shared at interview)
